ScanSource UK's UC&C proposition has been boosted by the addition of 8x8's cloud comms, collaboration and contact centre solutions.
"As we enter the third wave of enterprise communications more and more companies are turning to an integrated customer engagement and communications solution," stated Sharon Maslyn, Vice President of EMEA Sales at 8x8.
Phil Boyd, VP of Merchandising at ScanSource Imago added: "Our pre- and post-sales technical resources will enable partners to position 8x8's cloud communication, collaboration and contact centre solution, and deliver deployment and training services."
Boyd also noted that 8x8's agency model is an option for channel partners whereby 8x8 handles the bills direct to the customer and pays channel partners a regular commission.
