Nimans renames HQ as 'Julian Niman House'

Nimans has renamed its Manchester headquarters Julian Niman House as a tribute to its former Chairman who passed away in January.

Julian's wife Sue Niman joined the ribbon cutting ceremony watched by the company's Agecroft workforce and flanked by the board of Directors.

Julian helped build Nimans into a £125m turnover business and passed away at his Manchester home on January 12th, aged 64.

His wife Sue explained how Julian's spirit continues to live on. "When Julian first started this company from a small office it was beyond his wildest dreams that it would ever have grown into this size. But it's more than just a building, it's the people that are in it and their lives that make it so special. Julian cared about everyone."

Earlier this week the Board of Directors invited all the senior managers to an off-site strategy meeting where the teams outlined their plans to accelerate growth towards breaking the £200m turnover milestone.
