Leeds-based Simetric Telecom has boosted its customer support team with the appointment of Kirstin McLellan as Customer Account Manager with a remit to liaise with and support channel partners and resellers.
McLellan said "My career has been customer focused since my first job working for BT as an emergency call handler. I spent many years in a new business role, but now my focus is on customer service and support. Customers are my priority."
Managing Director Gavin Sweet added: "As we expand, having a dedicated person handling customer service and after sales is important for us, our resellers and channel partners. Kirstin brings with her a great deal of enthusiasm and experience, which is just want we need."
