Hampshire-based M12 Solutions has been granted Gold Partner status by UK telecoms software vendor SpliceCom.
"We have been with Splicecom for over 10 years and have a large client base with many call centres," said M12 MD Andrew Skipsey.
"Our future will be to provide more of our own Splicecom DBX solution which bridges customer sites with the cloud to improve its exchange of communications between its people, customers and suppliers in a more resilient and flexible way.
"This, together with Splicecom's new British developed Omni Channel Contact Centre Solution, will give us enhanced status and allow us to serve new and existing customers with the best technology and support available."
