Giacom World Networks has augmented its Cloud Market with CRM services for Office 365 users following a link-up with Nimble.
Nimble CRM has circa 130,000 users worldwide and is one of several products to be released within the Cloud Market during Q1 this year and joins other products such as Signature Hosted Exchange, Office 365, Acronis Backup Cloud and Bitdefender GravityZone.
Nimble unifies company contact information from Microsoft Office 365, social media accounts and more than 100 SaaS-based sales, CRM, marketing, customer service and accounting applications into one system of records.
