Daisy Group has established an EE Centre of Excellence with the acquisition of EE direct partner Voice Mobile for an undisclosed sum. Birmingham-based Voice Mobile has been a Daisy distribution partner for over 14 years and will retain its sales and operations teams which form the core of Daisy's new EE hub.

Our strategy remains acquisitive, and this is a blueprint for other partners who may be seeking to pursue their own exit strategy."
