Chess Partner hosted its second CSI & Digital event of the year with the aim of helping partners increase their knowledge of the digital world and customer engagement.
After the success of the Manchester event earlier this year, over 30 partners attended the seminar day that took place on the warship HMS Belfast in central London.
Speakers included O2's Craig Fullicks; Quadrangle, a consultancy; O2 Head of Digital, Simon Cockcroft; O2's Mark Baggs; and David Harsent, IBM Security Channel Manager.
A final Q&A session was led by Managing Director of Chess Partner, John Pett and Kerri Lendon, Head of Partner Support.
Lendon said: "Growth has been a key focus for Chess in 2017 and will be again in 2018, and by providing our partners with more tools and products to add to their business portfolio we will support their growth and therefore ours."
