New event set to help resellers capitalise on mobile revolution

A new event specially tailored to help resellers profit from the fast-growing mobile services market, fuelled by faster cloud and 5G connectivity, will launch next spring.

Margin in Mobile 2019 – emulating the popular and highly successful Margin in Voice & Data events which have been running for nearly two decades – will take place at the Northampton Marriot Hotel on March 21st.

Aimed at mobile dealers and agents, comms and ITC resellers and IT Value Added resellers, the new event aims to provide an educational and networking platform to enable channel partners to maximise on new 5G and fibre services.

“The advent of 5G superfast connectivity will fuel more exponential growth and create huge opportunities for resellers to provide an increased range of mobile, IoT and UC solutions to their customers,” said Mike O’Brien, Managing Director of channel focused organiser BPL Business Media, which runs Margin in Voice & Data, Comms Vision and The Comms National Awards and also publishes Comms Dealer magazine.  

Comms Dealer Editor Stuart Gilroy believes resellers that don’t get to grips with the mobile connectivity revolution and fully understand the opportunities it presents will lag behind their competitors.

“We can expect around 100 billion connected devices by 2025. Each of us will probably have 10–12 connected devices by then. These new IoT connections will be fuelled by 5G so the message is clear – now is the time for resellers to ensure their mobile communications and IoT offerings are fit for purpose and their business is poised for growth.”

Manchester-based IoT solutions provider Zest 4 has already agreed to support Margin in Mobile 2019.
