Herts-based Telecom Training Solutions (TTS) has invested in Skype training across its education team in response to an upsurge in demand.
TTS has provided training on all the major switching platforms on behalf of the reseller and vendor community for over 20 years, but according to General Manager Sara Wilkinson the demand for Skype training has accelerated over the past few months.
"We have had several of our trainers fulfilling Skype user training requirements for some time, but the explosion in demand has enabled us to increase this capability across our trainer network."
