The Federation of Communication Services (FCS) is to stage its annual Comms Provider symposium at law firm Eversheds offices in central London on 4th October.
The event kicks off with a keynote from Openreach Chairman Mike McTighe who will set the scene for this year's key themes - Creating Competitive Markets, Transition to Digital Networks and Trading on Digital Networks.
"Comms Provider is a business and networking day for CPs in the fixed line and mobile voice and data markets, along with applications providers," explained Itret Latif, FCS Interim CEO and Deputy Chairman.
"In his keynote Mike will also discuss the industry's move away from WLR towards fibre, helping CPs to understand the road map and the ways that they can work with Openreach."
