A new venture to help customers build and secure cloud-based contact centres has been launched by EveryCloud founders Paul Richards and Keith Purves.
The new division - EveryCloud Communications - builds on EveryCloud Security with a cloud contact centre solution that helps customers achieve compliance and security across PCI, GDPR, MiFIID and TPS, in a single, real-time platform.
EveryCloud Communications helps customers support omni-channel communications by integrating call centre, email, live chat, co-browsing, instant messaging and more. It also offers consultancy and support around Hosted Telephony, Inbound Call Routing and Telecom Expense Management.
Richards said: "Clients can safely access essential cloud services and avoid data leakage while maintaining their data sharing and collaboration activities."
