The Brighter Connections Group has acquired the Metis cloud management business.
Metis is a SaaS-based service management and professional services application developed in the UK.
Metis will now be added to Brighter Connections' client cloud services offering, which already includes CRM and analytics solutions.
Brighter Connections Applications and Analytics is one of three business units that make up the Huddersfield, West Yorkshire-based Brighter Connections Group.
The group offers IT infrastructure solutions - on premise and in the cloud - IT support services, and CRM and mobile workforce management solutions.
In a statement Brighter Connections Group said, 'The plan is to support the current user base and attract more users through the enhancement of the application with greater integration of analytics functionality, which is becoming increasingly important in days of greater self-sufficiency and lean and agile workplaces."
